GAGAHOHO.APP was an apartment-based community built around a simple idea: meaningful local conversations require the right audience. Instead of open boards that quickly fill up with spam and seller-driven posts, it focused on verified residents and the everyday topics that matter inside a complex.
A key product decision was the verification flow. Many apartment communities ask users to upload sensitive documents like lease contracts. GAGAHOHO aimed for a safer, lighter alternative—fast verification in about three minutes with minimal personal data.
The product also expanded the boundary of “my community” beyond a single complex, enabling conversations with nearby apartment complexes—useful for comparing living conditions and sharing local recommendations.
가가호호(GAGAHOHO.APP)는 “진짜 입주민끼리만 나누는 아파트 커뮤니티”를 목표로 만든 서비스입니다. 잡상인의 광고글이 가득한 공개 커뮤니티 대신, 입주민 인증을 기반으로 우리 단지의 생활 정보와 공지, 추천, 불편/개선 제안 같은 이야기를 더 밀도 있게 나눌 수 있도록 설계했습니다. 특히 계약서 제출처럼 찜찜한 인증 방식이 아니라, 불필요한 개인정보를 줄이고 3분 내 간단한 가입/인증으로 시작할 수 있게 했습니다. 또 우리 단지에만 갇히지 않고, 길 건너 옆 단지 주민과도 소통할 수 있도록 확장해 “단지 밖” 정보 격차를 줄이는 것을 목표로 했습니다.
